PICKONE STUDIO
Sponsorship Terms: Pickone Studio
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
These terms apply when a brand ("you") buys a sponsorship of a story part from Pickone Studio. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If they conflict on a sponsorship point, these terms win.
1. Who we are
- Service provider: Pickone Studio is a trade name used by Ravit Chutivisuth, an individual based in Bangkok, Thailand. Pickone Studio is not a company or other legal entity and is not VAT-registered. These terms are between you and Ravit Chutivisuth (trading as "Pickone Studio") ("we", "us"). Contact: pickone.stories@gmail.com.
- We make the AI stick-man interactive story series pickone.stories / pickone.animation on Instagram and YouTube (TikTok later), and run pickonestudio.com.
- Contact: pickone.stories@gmail.com.
2. Who can sponsor
- A business, or a person acting for a business, aged 18 or over, with authority to bind that business.
- Not a brand in a banned category (section 6).
- Billed from outside Thailand. For now we only accept sponsors whose billing entity and payment card are outside Thailand. If a sponsor billed from Thailand pays, we refund the full amount automatically and cancel the booking.
3. Packages
| Package | Price (USD) | Limit | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Background | $150 | At most 3 per episode | Your approved brand name or logo shown in the background of one story part for at least 2 seconds, with #ad and your account tagged in the caption. |
| Story beat | $990 | At most 1 per episode | Your approved brand woven into one story moment of one story part, on screen for at least 5 seconds, with one mention, #ad, your account tagged in the caption and a pinned comment. |
- Each package covers one story part posted on pickone.animation's Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, unless your order confirmation says more.
- Your part goes live 2 to 7 days after the day we approve your brand. The review window in section 4 comes first and is not part of these 2 to 7 days. Our approval email tells you the go-live date.
- Slots are first paid, then first approved. We never allocate slots by random draw.
- We choose placement, timing and how the brand fits the story. We do not alter your approved logo or misspell your brand name.
- Anything not listed here or in your order confirmation is not included.
4. How a booking works
- On the Stripe payment page for your package, you enter your name, email and card details, tick the box agreeing to these terms (which include the Refund Policy), and confirm in a required field that your brand is not in a banned category (section 6) and your billing entity is outside Thailand. Not sure about your category? Email pickone.stories@gmail.com before you pay.
- You pay the full package price on that Stripe payment page. After paying, email your brand name, logo, creative and landing page to pickone.stories@gmail.com.
- We review your brand and creative within 3 business days after we have your payment and all your assets (the "review window").
- We approve or reject by email. If we reject, we refund the full amount you paid automatically within 2 business days, to your original payment method through Stripe (section 13 and the Refund Policy).
- If we do not decide within the review window, you choose: wait, or take a full refund.
- An approved booking is fixed to a target part. Our approval email tells you the target part, the go-live date and the production start date.
5. Approval
- We decide on your brand, offer and creative at our sole discretion, and we do not owe a reason.
- We approve or reject again if you change your offer, landing page or creative after approval.
- We remove a sponsorship at any time if new facts show it breaks these terms (section 15 covers refunds).
6. Banned categories
We do not accept brands, products, offers or creative in or about:
- Gambling, betting, lotteries (including lottery couriers and resellers), sweepstakes, prize draws, casinos, and casino or betting apps.
- Crypto, NFTs, forex, trading signals, "get rich" schemes and investment opportunities.
- Payday loans, high-interest loans, debt relief and credit repair.
- Adult content, sexual services and dating or matchmaking services.
- Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes, heated tobacco, shisha and cannabis or CBD.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and weapon accessories.
- Drugs, medicines, supplements, vitamins, and any health, food or beauty product with a health, medical, weight-loss or body-change claim.
- Political parties, candidates, elections, ballot or issue campaigns, and religious campaigns.
- Multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes.
- Anything illegal in Thailand or in the United States.
- Anything aimed at children, or creative that appeals mainly to children.
- Hate, harassment or violence against any group or person.
- Our competitors' content, and any intellectual property you do not own or license.
- Fake reviews, fake engagement or followers, hidden ads, or any request to hide or drop a disclosure.
- Anything Stripe prohibits (https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses) or a platform bans as branded content.
Why some of these: Thai law bans alcohol ads that show a drink's properties or invite drinking (Alcoholic Beverage Control Act B.E. 2551 s.32), Thailand bans the import and sale of e-cigarettes, and the Thai FDA requires prior approval to advertise a food's qualities or usefulness (Food Act B.E. 2522 ss.40 to 41). Stripe lists alcohol, dating services and vitamins as prohibited for Thailand.
This list also keeps the studio rule: no gambling or lottery mechanics in any paid feature.
7. Your claims
- You supply accurate facts about your brand. Every claim you ask us to show or say is true, and you hold proof for it before the part airs.
- You are responsible for your own claims, offers, prices, landing pages and products.
- We do not say or imply that we, a narrator or a character personally uses or recommends your product unless that is true and approved by us in writing.
- You do not ask for, and we do not post, a review, rating or testimonial for your product.
8. Mandatory ad disclosure
Every sponsored post carries all of these:
- #ad (or "Ad:" / "Sponsored by [Brand]") at the start of the caption, before the "more" cut.
- The platform's paid-partnership label (Instagram "Paid partnership", YouTube "paid promotion", TikTok content disclosure, Facebook "Paid partnership" label), with your account tagged where the platform allows.
- An on-screen "Ad" or "Sponsored by [Brand]" while your brand shows. For a Story beat, the narrator also says it.
- An "Ad" label next to your brand on pickonestudio.com.
You never ask us to drop, shrink, delay or hide a disclosure. A request to do so is a breach of these terms.
Why: the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require an unexpected material connection to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously (s.255.5(a)), define "clear and conspicuous" as difficult to miss and easily understandable, and in social media "unavoidable" (s.255.0(f)), and give an example where a platform's built-in disclosure tool on its own is easy to miss (s.255.0(g), Example 9(iii)). Advertisers are also liable for deceptive endorsements (s.255.1(d)). Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 bans false, exaggerated or misleading statements in ads (s.22) and lets the Committee on Advertisement require that an ad be marked as an ad (s.26).
9. Votes, outcomes and prizes
- Sponsors never affect votes, vote counts, story outcomes, leaderboard ranks or anything a viewer wins.
- There are no prizes, giveaways, draws, codes or rewards tied to any vote or comment. You do not run a giveaway, contest or sweepstakes through our posts.
- Your brand never appears as a vote option or as the "right" choice.
10. Fiction and AI
- Our stories and characters are fictional. Your brand appears inside a fictional scene.
- You get no endorsement from our characters, narrator or story. You do not quote, clip or present a character as recommending your product.
- Our videos are made with AI tools, and we label them as AI-generated in the caption and with platform AI labels where those apply.
- Story events are not about your brand and say nothing about your product's quality.
11. Your logo and trademark
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to show your approved name, logo and trademark in the sponsored part, its caption, thumbnail and pinned comment, the episode page, and (if you opt in) the past-sponsors list.
- The licence covers this campaign only: the sponsored part and its reposts, compilations that include that part (for example a YouTube full-story cut), and the past-sponsors list while you are opted in. It lasts as long as that content stays published.
- We do not use your marks in any other ad, product or campaign without your written yes.
- You confirm you own or license everything you send us.
- We keep all rights in our story, characters, art and channels. You may share the post link and use the platform's own share or repost features. You do not re-cut, re-upload or run our video as your own ad without our written yes.
12. Past-sponsors list
- At booking you choose: list my brand (name and logo) on /sponsors as a past sponsor, or do not list it.
- The default is not listed until you opt in.
- You change your choice at any time by email. We update the site within 7 days.
13. Payment and taxes
- You pay the full package price in USD on our Stripe payment page (a Stripe Payment Link) before we review your brand. Stripe processes the payment; we never see your full card number. Stripe's terms apply: https://stripe.com/legal/consumer.
- If we reject your brand or creative before the part airs, we refund the full amount you paid, automatically, within 2 business days. We pay Stripe's processing fee ourselves, so you get every cent back (see the Refund Policy).
- We are not VAT-registered and do not add VAT. Prices do not include any tax, duty or bank fee on your side. You pay your own bank's foreign-transaction or currency fees.
- Billed from outside Thailand only. We currently accept sponsors billed from outside Thailand only. If a payment comes from a Thai billing entity, we refund the full amount automatically and cancel the booking.
14. Cancellation by you
| When you cancel | What you get |
|---|---|
| Before we approve, or after approval but before production starts | Full refund |
| After production starts, before the part airs | 50% refund |
| After the part airs | No refund |
"Production starts" is the production start date in our approval email, set 24 hours after the approval email. Cancel by email to pickone.stories@gmail.com.
15. If we fail to deliver
- If your approved sponsorship does not air within 2 parts after its target part, you choose: a make-good in the next available part, or a full refund.
- If it airs with a material error on our side (wrong logo, misspelled name, missing disclosure, or less than the package describes), we fix it with a make-good repost, or refund a pro-rata share for the missing part, at your choice.
- If we cancel the series before your part airs, you get a full refund.
- These are your only remedies for non-delivery.
16. No guaranteed results
We do not promise any number of views, plays, likes, followers, clicks, leads or sales, or any position in a feed. Any numbers we share are past results, not a promise. Platforms control reach.
17. Takedown after airing
| Why the part comes down | What you get |
|---|---|
| We remove it for our own reasons within 30 days of airing | A make-good in another part, or a pro-rata refund for the days left of the 30 days, at your choice |
| A platform removes or restricts it for a reason not caused by you | A make-good in another part |
| It comes down because of your brand, claims, creative, IP or breach | No refund |
| You ask us to remove it | We remove it within 7 days. No refund |
| After 30 days | No refund |
If, after your part airs, we find your brand is in a banned category, your claims are false, or a legal or platform complaint is about your brand, we remove the sponsorship at once with no refund. Before airing, a rejection always gets a full refund.
18. Liability and indemnity
- Our total liability for a sponsorship is capped at the amount you paid for that sponsorship.
- Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost sales.
- You indemnify us (cover our losses, costs and reasonable legal fees) against any claim about your product, your claims and offers, your landing pages, your logo, trademark or other IP you sent, and your breach of these terms.
- Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let a party limit, such as liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
19. Personal data
- We use your contact details, business details and payment records only to review, run, bill and refund your sponsorship and to keep tax records. Our Privacy Policy covers the details and your rights under Thailand's PDPA, the EU GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA.
- Stripe processes your payment and card data (https://stripe.com/privacy). Cloudflare hosts our site, and we answer sponsor emails through Gmail.
- We do not give you viewer personal data. You do not try to collect it through our posts.
20. Agreement, changes and law
- How you agree: you accept these terms when you tick the terms box on the Stripe payment page and pay, or when you sign or accept an order by email. Your payment record and our email confirmation record the order. An electronic agreement has the same legal effect as a paper one under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (s.7 and s.8).
- Changes: we post changes here with a new date. The version in force when you paid applies to that booking.
- Law and forum: Thai law governs these terms. The courts of Thailand in Bangkok decide disputes. Before any formal claim, email pickone.stories@gmail.com so we try to fix it within 14 days.
- Other: we are independent parties; nothing here makes a partnership or agency. You do not transfer a booking to another brand without our written yes. If one clause is invalid, the rest stays in force.
